Leadership Juneau

Leading

Leadership Juneau is dedicated to developing future community leaders; our goal is to empower Juneau citizens to become more effective advocates for positive change in the community.

Learning

Through a challenging curriculum, individuals will receive leadership training, local experiential learning opportunities, and the chance to better understand the region's government, business, and non-profit communities.  Interaction with fellow participants  and local community leaders will lead to a greater, more complete picture of the city.

Community Impact

Leadership Juneau participants will apply their emerging skills during a community impact project.  Small groups will each identify a community need and produce a project that results in the betterment of our society.
