A Resource Fair and Listening Session will take place this Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church (Keegan Street, off Mendenhall Loop Blvd). Federal employees who have been laid off or are concerned about job security are encouraged to attend. This event is an opportunity to connect with local support services, learn about available assistance, and share a meal in a welcoming space.
Additionally, the Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development is offering Rapid Response services to support workers affected by layoffs. These services include unemployment assistance, job search resources, career training opportunities, and financial support for relocation, housing, and utilities.
Virtual informational workshops on reemployment services will be held on:

• Tuesday, March 25 at 2 PM
